“Increasing the Resilience of the Hunting Palace Orle Solutions in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship through Service Offer Diversification along with Green and Digital Transformation”<\/i><\/h1>\n

The main goal of the project is to strengthen the resilience of the company PA\u0141AC MY\u015aLIWSKI ORLE SOLUTIONS Jolanta Szulc (hereinafter: Hunting Palace, Palace, Applicant) against potential economic crises and market fluctuations by diversifying its business activities at the Hunting Palace Orle.<\/p>\n

The scope of the project includes the implementation of comprehensive investment, advisory, and training activities aimed at diversifying the Applicant’s business by introducing a new, previously unavailable, hospitality service related to film set location rentals. The diversified activity will be carried out under the PKD code 55.10.Z. Diversification will be the main axis of all activities planned in the project. The new service will be provided in a historical palace, which requires appropriate adaptation and preparation. For this purpose, adaptation works will be carried out, necessary equipment will be purchased, and an additional fire protection system will be installed to meet strict safety requirements for facilities serving as film set locations.<\/p>\n

Effects<\/h2>\n

The effective implementation and provision of the new service will only be possible based on an appropriate marketing strategy (an advisory service in this area is planned) and gaining knowledge of the film industry specifics to tailor the service to its needs and price it appropriately (a training service in this area is planned).<\/p>\n

The project also includes expenses that will contribute to green transformation (a bio-composter) and digital transformation (software for automating reservation and payment management processes). The planned tasks and activities are interconnected and necessary for the diversification of the Hunting Palace\u2019s operations. The diversification will serve as an incentive for development, fulfilling the incentive effect, as without funding from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), the Applicant would not undertake the project described in the application.<\/p>\n

The project will also form the foundation for rebuilding market position after the crisis caused by the pandemic and will strengthen the Palace’s resilience to potential future crises, such as social, economic, or pandemic-related ones. It will also enable the Palace to reach a broader group of customers, engage in new areas of activity, and gain a new source of income. The new film set location service in a historical palace may significantly improve access to the film industry by opening doors to diverse locations and cultural heritage. This will increase social inclusion by involving the local community in the film production process and promoting the history and culture of the region on a wider scale. The additional fire protection system, including emergency lighting, fire doors, passive fire protection measures, fire alarm and smoke extraction systems, will improve the facility’s accessibility for film crews by ensuring safety at work and in the event of evacuation for people with various needs, minimizing the risk of fire spread and providing more time for evacuation. The fire protection system will ensure equal access to safety for all building users.<\/p>\n

The purchase of a laptop will enable quick access to data anywhere. Film crews working in the technical room will easily use the laptop even in the field, increasing work flexibility and efficiency. Additionally, the laptop will be more accessible for people with various needs, allowing access to technical data (without the need to move around a large space or use large and heavy desktop computers) or enabling audio playback. The fire-rated flooring will increase safety, minimizing fire risk and providing extra evacuation time, which is particularly important in technical rooms where flammable substances may be stored, or electrical devices are present. The adaptation will improve the technical condition of the room, facilitating access and providing better working conditions for employees, including people with disabilities.<\/p>\n

The software will facilitate access to services through quick and effective reservation management. People with various needs will be able to plan their activities more easily, being sure that the place is available on the selected date. Automation of the reservation acceptance process will eliminate the need for manual intervention by an employee, optimizing the entire process. For people with time or mobility constraints, automated payments will be particularly beneficial. The planned bio-composter will be simple and intuitive to use, making it easily accessible to all users. Without complicated procedures or specialized knowledge, anyone will be able to use it effectively. Additionally, the location of the bio-composter will be selected to ensure easy access. Made of lightweight material, it will not generate excessive load during transportation.<\/p>\n

Target Groups and Objectives<\/h2>\n

The new service will open doors to a new target group from the media industry, enabling the rental of the facility for various productions such as films, commercials, or TV series. The way the facility is made available as a film set location will be tailored to the client’s needs each time, i.e., it will be possible to rent the entire facility exclusively or only a part of it (without interfering with the ongoing hotel activities, a separate part of the facility will be designated for the film crew, thanks to, among others, three separate entrances to the building and two full-size, independent staircases).<\/p>\n

Depending on the needs of a particular film crew, the service may require dismantling the current interior design or installing additional decorations. Their costs, as well as the costs of restoring the facility to its original state, will be borne by the client. Thanks to discussions and consultations with advisory companies, including those indicated in the “Business Activity Description” section, the Applicant has acquired the necessary knowledge regarding the requirements that the facility must meet to serve as a film set location and be included in databases of such locations. It is worth noting that there are many such databases, and there is no requirement to choose a specific one depending on the type of facility, business activity, etc. (it is up to the facility owner to decide which database(s) to join).<\/p>\n
