Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a contractual template regarding reservations and define the rights and obligations of the Facility and the Customer.
  2. A reservation requires filling out the form, reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions, and making a payment.
  3. The Customer voluntarily makes a reservation. The Facility does not charge a reservation fee.
  4. These Terms and Conditions apply to reservations made from March 25, 2025.
  5. The following terms used in the Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings set forth below:
  6. Customer – a natural person who is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity (consumer) or, in the case of a company reservation, a person who, in connection with their profession or service provided on behalf of a legal entity and/or an organizational unit that is not a legal entity but has legal capacity under the law, makes a reservation on its behalf and for its benefit (non-consumer);

  8. Online Payments – online payment methods provided to the Customer by the Facility as part of the reservation process.
  9. Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions.

II. Online Reservation Process

The reservation through the booking system proceeds as follows:

  1. The customer can choose from the offered Packages and standard accommodations, which are presented in the booking panel.
  2. After reviewing the content and price of the Package, the customer can select the preferred room date and additional options or a stay package.
  3. After selecting the Offer, the customer proceeds to the next step – a form where they enter their personal details and any remarks regarding the reservation.
  4. After filling in the details, the customer can make a deposit payment using one of the following methods:
    • credit card
    • electronic bank transfer
    • standard bank transfer
    • payment upon arrival at the Palace

  5. If the customer chooses one of the first two options, they will be redirected to a page enabling them to make the deposit payment via the Przelewy24 Payment Processing System. Data authorization is carried out through a connection with the Przelewy24 system using a 128-bit encrypted protocol. Once the payment is received by the Przelewy24 System, the customer is automatically notified by email with payment confirmation and reservation details. The email includes: customer information, hotel name, offer description, total stay price, deposit amount paid, and the remaining balance to be settled at the hotel. The remaining amount for the stay is to be paid at the hotel. To confirm the deposit payment and finalize the remaining balance, the customer must present the Reservation Confirmation email at the reception.
  6. If the customer selects the third option (pay by bank transfer or pay later), they will receive a Preliminary Reservation Confirmation via email, which will be Confirmed upon deposit payment. The deposit can be paid via standard bank transfer or online payment. The reservation remains preliminary for 48 hours from the moment of booking and may be canceled if the deposit is not received within this time. After receiving the deposit, the customer will receive a confirmation email, which must be presented at the hotel reception to complete the payment.

III. Reservations on Request

If a room is not available online, the customer may be offered a room On Request. After completing the form, the customer will receive an email confirming the availability (or lack thereof) and information on how to make the deposit payment. The customer can pay the deposit using a credit card, electronic bank transfer, or standard bank transfer. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit is received. After payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email, which must be presented at the hotel reception to complete the payment.


IV. Fees and Reservation Cancellation

  1. The customer pays the calculated deposit using one of the three available payment methods in the system, with the remaining amount to be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
  2. The customer incurs no additional costs related to the execution of the reservation transaction.

V. Final Provisions

  1. The customer is responsible for correctly filling in the details in the reservation form. The hotel is not responsible for incorrect selection of the arrival or departure date or errors in the form filled out by the customer.
  2. The correct processing of reservation payments is the responsibility of the Dotpay.pl electronic payment system.
  3. The hotel and the company managing the online booking service are not responsible for system unavailability due to factors beyond their control.

VI. Personal Data

  1. When making a Reservation through the hotel’s booking panel, the customer agrees to have their personal data stored in the service’s database. These data will be used to enable the full reservation process and for marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016.
  2. In accordance with the obligations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), the controller of the customer’s personal data is the hotel.
  3. The recipients of the customer’s personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain such data under legal provisions.
  4. The hotel and data processors undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding all information and personal data obtained for the purpose of providing the Reservation Service.
  5. The customer has the right to request access to their personal data from the controller, the right to rectify, delete, or restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to carry out the Reservation Service.

VII. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By selecting the “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions” option, the customer acknowledges understanding and agreeing to the conditions stated herein. Failure to accept the Terms and Conditions will prevent the reservation from being completed.
